I'm not sure if it's a typo or not, but it should be "it curbs the appetite", not curves it.

So this is what I've come up with from stuff on this website as well as my own research - please let me know of anything else that should be added. . .


WEIGHT LOSS NEEDS TO BE COMBINED WITH DETOX OF LYMPH SYSTEM - HERE IS MY FORMULA

1. Start with 25 drops of SLIM AND SASSY a day in a capsule. (can be split up in more than one capsule) It curves appetite

2. Drink plenty of Lemon oil in water thru out the day.

3. Put CLOVE, BASIL and ROSEMARY oils - rub over kidneys to support adrenals

4. LLV Pack of course (DoTerras trio supplement)

5. Cellulite treatment (cellulite is cell debris as well as chemicals and toxins stored on our fat cells) GRAPEFRUIT AND CYPRESS - rub over cellulite areas and put on bottom of feet, mix with a little coconut oil and loofa over cellulite with oils .

6. Twice daily rub DoTerra lotion with 5 drops GRAPEFRUIT EO over cellulite areas after you are dried off.

6. Do some jumping exercises daily, preferably a mini trampoline - just a few minutes will get the lymph moving. --
