RE: [Everything doTERRA] Ear Ache

Yes, this is swimmers ear. I had it all the time until 1 doctor told me to
fill a bottle with equal amounts of vinegar & isopropol rubbing alcohol and
swab my ears out with this every time after I swim. I've never had an ear
infection since. In your case since your son is only 1, I would put a drop
or 2 of this mixture in each ear, hold for a bit then shake it out. The
alcohol absorbs the water in the ear drying it out & the vinegar kills the
germs.

Subject: [Everything doTERRA] Ear Ache

I've recently started using DoTerra Oils so everything is very new to
me. My 7yr old son developed an ear ache and I read on here that I
should put Basil and Frankincense rubbed on the top of the back of the
ear down to the chin, repeat in front of the ear. However, it never
said how much Basil and Frankincense and how often.

Another question I have is regarding my 1yr old son. He has had three
ear infections already and I told his doctor that he always gets them
anytime he is in a lot of water (like swimming or Water Park). The
doctor dismissed it (each time I brought it up) and said it's not
related. I really don't agree and I want to know if there is anything
I can do ahead of time (whenever we go swimming) to prevent the ear
infection?

Thanks,
Michelle
