If it was me I would get him the oil first. Especially since you have had positive experiences with it. The rub is DIVINE, and maybe once he sees how well it works you can get the rub! Tell your brother that the medicine that is used in the medical field all originated from plants and the oils that protect and keep those plants healthy. Coming from a former skeptic, being skeptical just means you dont have all the knowledge and experience yet :)
