I wonder if you are detoxing? Have you used our oils for sometime?
Have you experienced the same headache with the Serenity blend?
Sometimes as part of the healing process the oils help eliminate
toxins from our bodies and as a result we may have headaches, acne
type sores, etc. It is actually a sign of healing. We can look at
this experience as positive. I also recommend drinking lots of water
with just a drop of lemon.
