[Everything doTERRA] Re: planter faciitis

massage aroma touch and wintergreen onto the arch. then put your sock
on and roll your foot out with a ball.
you can use a kids bouncy ball that has a little give to it... about
the size of a golf ball or tennis ball.
stand on the ball and roll in up and down your foot 3 times a day.
you should do it light at first until your arch
is warmed up a bit then you can really stand on it and put some weight
on it as you roll back and forth.
