[Everything doTERRA] Re: muscle cramps/Charley horse

Sharon,
what I have found for me when I get a charley horse- usually in my
calf after working out, etc. is Lemongrass diluted with coconut oil.
I have also read deep-blue, but the lemongrass seems to work better
for me.
