[Everything doTERRA] Re: doTERRA comparison with other oil brands

I'm surprised no one has mentioned that doTerra's oils are
independently certified to be pure and potent. I don't think you will
be able to find hard evidence of a comparison, because other oil
companies don't do that. However, there are a couple of things to
look for to help you identify those that are obviously compromised.
One, if the bottle says that it is not for internal use, it's because
they have additives that should not be ingested. Also, if there's an
expiration date, that's usually a sign that it isn't pure either. I
could tell the difference simply by smelling. There is a definite
chemical smell to the cheap oils. Also, I've heard that you could put
a drop of each on a white piece of paper, and the doTerra will
evaporate cleanly but the impure oils will leave trace elements
behind.

I think that doTerra as a company has made a conscious decision to not
bash other essential oil companies. I think it's wise; bashing the
competition is the last resort for a product that can't stand on its
own merits. If I were you, I'd take a look at the numerous videos out
there that explain CPTG and become comfortable explaining that
process. Give out samples and allow people to compare. Let our
products speak for themselves.
