GX first, 3 times a day for 10 days. Don't take all 3 at once, do morning, noon and night. Remember to drink plenty! I'm a gallon-a-day kind of gal. ;)
After that, take PB assist for 5 days, 3 times a day.
Wait 15 days if you want to do the process again.
