Don't forget that you may need a carrier oil for both of those oils, they can be a

I have a friend with hypothyroidism who asked what oils could help
her. I see that peppermint and clove are the most commonly
recommended. But she is expecting a baby next month and will be
nursing, so it's my understanding that she should avoid the peppermint
for a while. Is clove ok? Based on Modern Essentials and this forum
I'm thinking of recommending lemongrass and clove, possibly myrrh
though I suspect that is out of her budget at the moment. Any other
thoughts?
Thanks.
