Re: [Everything doTERRA] Re: Hypothyroidism and Whisper

Thank you, Pat. I had to change my order for this month, so I can't get the GX Assist and PB Assist yet (unless I find my first points are high enough to cover it, but I won't know until the same day my order goes out), but I have those oils, so I can start with them instead. I already take a good probiotic daily.

Like I said, it wasn't bad in my tea, even with the OD on the Melaleuca...I really have to remember how fast that one comes out compared to others, LOL! I figured they'd taste better in my tea than straight, and I don't have gel caps. Seems I was spot-on with the amount of Oregano, though!

The lemon, melaleuca and oregano was what we used before GX came along. It was 5 drops lemon, 5 drops melaleuca and 3 drops oregano, taken internally daily.

Cool, and thank you. Lemongrass is on my order for this month, and I'm getting a new bottle of Frank, but it will be a while before I can get Myrrh.

Earlier in this thread I saw the recommendation for Oregano, Lemon, and Melaleuca for candida, and that's what I'm trying in my morning tea to get rid of that problem. How many drops of each would you recommend? Because of the link between candida, hypothyroid, and fibromyalgia, and the fact that I have all three, the candida is a root cause of the other two, so that's what I want to treat first.

Thank you.

It wasn't too bad in my tea this morning...except for the heavy dose of Melaleuca because I forgot just how fast that one comes out! I was aiming for 3 drops, and I think I got about 10...still wasn't that bad, though...green tea and coconut oil helped cut it.

It's not that I can't take a pill...I take many already...it's just that an easier delivery system for me would be in my tea.

What would be the recommended amount of each to take orally?

How about adding the oils to a little fractionated coconut oil?  THis might help cut the fire of the oregano???
