For Hypo.. I would take at least 4 drops lemongrass, 4 drops myrrh and 4 drops of Frankincense daily.

It's not that I can't take a pill...I take many already...it's just that an easier delivery system for me would be in my tea. 

What would be the recommended amount of each to take orally?
