Re: [Everything doTERRA] Re: Fibromyalgia and oils/Lyme

Pat, that's an interesting way of muscle testing, and I'll have to try it! I've never heard of that one before. Thank you.

That is interesting and I would definitely like to learn more. If I present that technique right now, I don't know that I will come across as a believer of it, lol, so learning how and why it works would be great. I know our bodies speak to us, I just have not tried that method yet of communication. Thanks for the explanation and I look forward to learning more.

There are many ways and people differ with the different modalities. I do what they call the Indian way, it is simple and pretty standard. First of all if they are wearing a lot of bling have them remove it, and if there is a large group it could hinder their concentration. Stand up, relax, don't tighten the knees, hold the oil with both hands against the gut. In your mind make the statement, "this oil is good for me". Just keep repeating it until your body answers you. It will come forward if the oil is good for them and backward if they do not need that oil at this time. They could muscle test again and get a different result which just means that they need that oil now and did not need it last time they tested. We are included some training in our webinar so I will make sure you know when we do it.
