Normally I would say stop at 10 days, but I talked to Dr. Lawton the other day
and she said that when a person is only able to take less than the recommended amount
they should finish all the capsules, so that would take you a few more days.
Then you should do the five day PB Assist.
Good job on choosing which oils to use. This will hopefully help others.

Sandalwood has helped then other days the Immortal blend, now
frankincense & Myrrh. I test for everything I use right now. In the
beginning I was taking DigestZen 5 times a day to combat the stomach
pain I got when I started the GX assist.  But pain I can take,
especially when I have oils to stop it.
