I also have inherited high cholesterol, as does my 10 yr old daughter (who was diagnosed at the age of 2). I take levothyroxin and my bloodwork has always had varied results, if my LDL was perfect, my HDH was high, if my total cholesterol was good, my triglicerides where high.

I started taking the LLV pack a month before my last bloodwork appointment, and my results were perfect all around.

I'd still like to know if there is any Oil I could use that would eliminate the need for the levothyroxin. Has anyone been successful in replacing chemical treatment with natural? I was thinking about taking 1/2 my regular dose of levothyroxin but I have 11 months until my next testing appointment!

The way I approach it with people is start small. It has helped many and NOT effected them negatively, but at the same time it has interfered with others.  Our bodies are all different and just like a prescribed medication some will have reactions.. and some won't.
Basically. You won't really know how it will effect someone until they try it.

I had the same question about grapefruit oil.  I was told that since it is from the rind, people on blood pressure meds that have the warning about grapefruit do not have to worry.  This was according to another IPC's doctor.  Now I am worried again, lol.  Is there a way to ask Dr. Hill about this to gain a clear answer?

Be careful with the Slim and Sassy, and also AromaTouch, as these oil blends have grapefruit oil in them, and grapefruit should be avoided by those with high BP, and that does go for the rind as well as the fruit.
