What it actually means is that the candida overgrowth is severe and they're having healing sickness caused by die off. Anyone who is going on this protocol because they suspect a severe overgrowth should prepare by eating more whole foods and vegetables, and limiting grains, eliminating sugars altogether, then try it again. During the break, keep the healthy eating before the second cleanse as well. It will be easier on people if they prepare their bodies and get healthier before trying to do any candida cleanse. 

This is from personal experience, not just book knowledge. Severe die off makes you feel really sick.
