Re: [Everything doTERRA] Old Injury NEW Infection in leg - child

I would have him take oregano, on guard, lemon, and frankincense in a capsule- 2 drops of each -2 or 3 times daily. Because he is pretty young, there could be some adjusting with the dosage, but it's a good place to start. That is what I have used to clear up MRSA, so it is worth a shot with this. An aromatouch would be great to do with him to het the lymph draining and moving, too. Typically, I would use melaleuca and clove. Clove will help numb the area, act as an antibiotic and the melaleuca will help dislodge the buried gunk. If he is willing to do a soak in a bathtub, I would use Epson salts and melaleuca, on guard, and frankincense in warm water and let it draw out the infection. This is the protocol that I have used with my MRSA client and for someone with a staph infection I'm her leg. Because of his age, I wouldn't do these all in one day, but I think it important to be more aggressive with the oils than the infection is in the body.
Hope that helps you,
- Rachel

I hope their desired course of action is conservative, and I have no problem telling them that I am not comfortable using antibiotics. I have far more faith in modern medical procedures than I do in modern medicine. I am concerned mainly b/c I can't see the possible "gunk" that might still be in his leg.
