Cayenne/red pepper mix sprinkled on perimeter
Vinegar sprinkled on perimeter
I little more invasive but effective... paint ball gun (use red) or red
spray paint, had this issue in our neighborhood. One of the old codgers
grabbed the dog and spray painted a big red bulleye on the dog. Dog
owner received the message loud and clear and no more problem. Again not
an option for everyone.
