My first thought was DigestZen. It's definitely helped my baby keep the spit ups to the minimum. I loaned my bottle to a friend and she reported positive results with her baby also. The only complaint was the peppermint would stimulate him and cause him to sleep less. The parents might want to put the DigestZen on in the morning only.
