Re: [Everything doTERRA] Help!! Extreme mood swings, sobbing, irritability and emotional distress

Hello,

I am terribly sorry to hear about what is going on in your life.  I don't know where you live, but if you live close and are needing any help, I am more than happy to help you with selling anything that you need to sell.

I went through a very traumatic experience last year and unfortunately, am still going through this major life changing experience.  I lost my house and everything else, had to move into a small apartment with my husband and two children.  Was a stay at home mom and am now working a full time job.  Although, I don't understand what you are going through as far as your husband leaving, but I do understand having to start over.  I organized a liquidation sale all by myself as my husband was trying to find work and living in a different city at the time everything went grey.  My kids were wondering if everything that I picked up was going to be sold.  I gutted my house and kept what I had to keep to survive.  Everything else was just material.  I was able to make a good amount of money for my family to live on for about 6 months.  I just had/have to keep telling myself that it is only temporary and things will get better.

If you need any help, please don't hesitate to ask.  I live in West Jordan, UT.  Not sure if that will help you or not, but I am here.

As with everyone else, you have my prayers and support!  Some very good advise has been offered from everyone and although I am taking it all in.
I would like to suggest reading not only the Secret but also 365 Thank Yous by John Kralik.  He has taught me how the simple act of gratitude can change your life.  I have seen it happen and it works.  I wish you only the best and love!

Everyone's given you great suggestions on the oils, Lavender, Patchouli,
Past Tense, Serenity and Balance were all going to be my suggestions as
well. I know right now you can't be your own expert, you're feeling lost and
overwhelmed, and yes, you're in mourning. Your marriage and life as you have
known it for many years has died, and it's normal to mourn that.

I just want to add my love, prayers, and support. Don't give in to despair,
you're worth more than that, and your children need you right now too. Look
around and take stock of what you have. What do you have that you can sell?
Jewelry, good china, books you no longer read (Half Priced Books buys them),
excess furniture in the basement or attic? Yard sale weather is coming up
too. And if you have to, try to get a job. You're not making that much on
UEB, you could possibly earn more by working while you build your doTERRA
business.

I'd suggest reading "The Secret" at this time, and other books about
manifesting your dreams. After I lost my last husband to cancer, I left my
job (I hated it) and went into what I called "temporary retirement" on the
insurance money. That ran out at about the time the bottom fell out of the
job market, and I spent two years working temp jobs and living on a wing and
a prayer. I had to sell all of my good jewelry, including the pendant and
rings I considered sacred that I wore, because in a choice between eating
and having gas or having jewelry to wear, I chose food and gas. During this
time I asked what lesson I needed to learn, and when I started living "an
attitude of gratitude" my life turned around. Remember that like attracts
like, and thereby only positive attracts positive.

It's not easy in times like this to do, but try to remember that everything
happens for a reason, and take this time to learn who Rebecca is now, and
find your strengths and passions. Embrace life, and while you find your way
back to joy, find ways to keep going. As difficult as it is, don't let this
take you down. You have a support system in your doTERRA family. I'm also
here if you want to call or email me.
