It also helps if you stop eating junk and eat more fresh, whole veggies. Fiber is also a wonderful aide to cleansing your system.

Has anyone received feedback that GX Assist CAUSED constipation? I
recently had someone report they were constipated on the cleanse -
which she felt wasn't much of a cleanse if she was not eliminating.
Her experience is the exact OPPOSITE of my experience, so I am curious
why. Has anyone else out there received such reports?
