I totally agree with Pat about antibiotics being a big mistake with such wounds. They're part of the cause of candida overgrowth, and diabetes is about sugar being too high and the endocrine system being out of whack and too much sugar being present in the body's fluids, which is a cause of candida overgrowth. These are the reasons traditional medical doctors DON'T discuss candida overgrowth, they cause quite a bit of it.Melaleuca helps with all of this, which suggests it would help the wound heal faster.
