Re: [Everything doTERRA] Candida & Children

They are often born with it.  If the mother had it, they will get it via childbirth.  If there is a C-section involved they are almost sure to have it too since the baby cannot pick up any good bacteria as is necessary to build a healthy immune system.  If the baby was vaccinated with a mercury-containing vaccine (which is most of them), they will get it too.  Too often mothers will "clean" something with their saliva that the baby eats from (like licking off a spoon during feeding for example) and candida can be passed on this way too.  Mercury severely damages gut flora and is the underlying cause of most candida and hormonal issues.  Too often candida is blamed but it is merely a symptom, not a disease.

How young can children have issues with Candida?  My friend has been
fighting Candida issues and, after a year, seems to have it finally
under control.  But her 3 year old son seems to be chronically sick -
mostly with sinus issues/runny nose ALL the time.  It could be
allergies, but they haven't identified any specifically.  I started
wondering if he could have similar Candida issues to his mother.  Do
you think this could be the case?  How would you deal with it?  I
assume he can't take pills yet, so the GX assist even in small
quantities, probably won't work.  Could we use the GX oils on his feet
and get a good result?  What about making a roller ball bottle with a
a blend of "candida" oils (those found in GX Assist) diluted in FCO
applied to feet everyday?
