[Everything doTERRA] trim shake suring pregnancy

Does anyone know if it is o'kay to take doTERRA's Slim and Sassy Trim Shake with Essentra Trim during pregnancy?  I just don't know what the Essentra Trim is and am leary of taking anything I am not sure about?...
