[Everything doTERRA] Re: Swollen Face; Sinus Headache; Help!

thank you for such a quick response. I didn't not think once about
the carpet being an issue. I purchased a non-toxic, biodegradable
cleaner, I usually use Simple Green but this was a new cleaner but it
fit the same critieria as Simple Green. But the church is new and
this is the first time the carpet has been cleaned that I am aware of
so I could see where chemicals were being released that I wasn't aware
of. I did some research in this forum and decided to take OnGuard
internally in some water. I ended up taking a 3 hour nap and woke up
with the headache nearly gone and most of the swelling diminished. I
am following up today with water and lemon to continue to clean me
out. Thanks again!
