[Everything doTERRA] Re: question about GX assist...

I have been doing the normal protocol with relatively no side effects,
also. However, I have heard from others a response similar to your
husband. I have heard that Dr. Hill recommends reducing the dose if
it causes discomfort. You could do 2 per day. Or even 1 per day this
month, and 2 per day next month. Is he taking them all at once or
does he spread them out throughout the day? When I took them, I did 3
x per day - morning, afternoon, eve. In my observation, I felt
better when I was combining that with LOTS of water. I put slim and
sassy in my water and drink at least 80 ounces/day. I felt like that
made a difference for me.
