[Everything doTERRA] Baker Cysts (popliteal)

My sister in law has a Baker Cyst on the back of her knee that has
been really bothering her lately. In the past she has gone to the Dr
and he has given her a cortisone shot. She wants to avoid that again
(and the draining of the cyst!!) Does anyone have any advice I can
pass onto her about it?
