There are many different ways of doing muscle testing. I have never had to hold the oil, just ask if <whatever the oil is> is what I need. You can also put out an arm and ask the question and have someone try to push your arm down while you offer resistance after asking the question. If you can't hold your arm up, you need it.

I have seen it done many times and have done it myself a few times. You hold the oil ask if it is good for ___________________. Repeat the procedure using their full name. I do it at least three times to make sure I get the same answer all three times.

the only problem with muscle testing is i am here in Kanab, Ut & they are in Gilbert, AZ...
so i told her i would do her up a couple roller bottles . my thought was to use Balance , Serenity, & Lavender.. but should i mix all 3 of these in one bottle for easier application, and how many drops , should they be equal ? of should i have her try only one for about a month till she gets results ? the sooner i get her hooked the better ..
