There are a number of oils others have used. The one I found the most successful
was Basil and Frankincense. Put Basil on your finger, put on the back, top of ear
and rub down the jawline to the middle of your chin. Repeat procedure only on the
front, top of ear bring the oil down the jawline to the middle of the chin.
Do both sides if needed and repeat when ringing is there.
