Peppermint is a middle note, 20-80% and should go into the jar first,
then you will add Frankincense which is a top note and should go into
the blend last.
You should be fine to blend these together.

peppermint for headaches, in a small vial, will they compromise
effectiveness or change the effectiveness if they are together for a
month or two?  I was asking, because this combination works for me and
I would love to have the mix with me in a sample sized vial.
