You are all right, of course, about it being about the oils and helping people. Let me just say, however, that it is very hard to invest one's own time and money into situations where the downline does not follow through. I am not saying that happened here; you said you tried to contact them, and I don't think it's right if they didn't get back to you. But be aware that it goes both ways, and it is sometimes hard when you have been let down by your downline people to keep working with others who show signs of not continuing. I personally spent months with a group of people who simply did not follow through and do what they kept promising to do. I finally simply ceased my efforts with them. Sometimes, if personalities are an issue, it is easier to find another group to work with. I don't think most uplines would object to that, but you should be upfront and specific about trying to resolve things first.
