This morning my urine is still cloudy but not as bad as it was yesterday. The color is more on the clear side and not as it was,..cloudy yellow.

Good morning!
I started with 1 glass of water and another pill or pills this morning at about 7:30am (you cant fit 8 drops of Sandelwood, 8 drops of Thyme and 12 drops of Oregano in 1 pill, it takes 2)

Then I followed it with 2 glasses of water and one with Lemon and Slim and Sassy.
Im really thirsty this morning for some odd reason. 

I dont know why but the last pill I took around midnight last night I felt like I was going to throw up and then again this morning,..it hits me about 30 mins after I take the pills, why is that?
I guess I need to take it with food? But I didn't take all of them with food yesterday. Weird.

My Kidneys do Not hurt like they did yesterday and Im dressed today so I know it has helped. But I do still have some lower back pain.

Oh and what is a scant cup? What is a scant?

Were my urine is still cloudy how often do I do the pills today?
And do I rub anything on my kidneys or feet?

What a great model you are. If you urine is clear continue the capsule three times today, two times after that for three days. That is the protocol to make sure you kill of the bad stuff.

If your urine is still cloudy continue the capsule every three hours and do the foot or body soak with the Epson salt again. Only use a scant cup of Epson Salt, use Lemon and Lavender in the water and drink lots of water with Slim & Sassy.

if you take a bath don't use as much salt (1 1/2 cups) you don't want to detox too much and lose any electrolytes. The different measurments are for different size people and different ailments.

myself and IM AT A LOSS of what to do now. My urine is very cloudy, my
tummy hurts, my kidneys hurt and I feel like I need to pee all the
time, which I think I do every 30 mins to an hour. To take away the
pain on my Kidneys I rub the oils on them and that helps. But Im not
getting better. WHAT DO I DO? Im leaving on a cruise in just over a
week and I dont want to go like I am now. HELP! Does anyone have any
ideas?
