Re: [Everything doTERRA] how to detox chlorine

When I was doing water aerobics I drank lots of lemon water. However our
Rec. center purified their pool with salt not chlorine. I was told the lemon
water helped detox the liver so it would help with the chlorine.
Are you using lemongrass on the meniscus? Many have used Lemongrass with
the Deep Blue or the Birch and had great results.

I am doing several protocols (oils, GX, PB, Zendocrine, etc.) for torn
meniscus and arthritis in my knees hoping to avoid surgery.  Pain and
mobility are much better. HOWEVER, this also includes water aerobics
2-3x a week. I know the chlorine or whatever in the water is not good,
but this form of physical exercise seems to be working better than
anything else.  Am I doing more damage than good or is there some way
to dotox from the water? Does anyone out there swim? Please give me
some advice.  Christine Meyer
