the problem is, sometimes their guy IS lying...not all companies are as honest with consultants and customers as doTERRA. I've been in many businesses over the years, and it goes across the board. Sometimes the best thing you can do for someone else is to help them see that they are being deceived. I agree you want to be gentle about it, but it might just be what they need, and what they will respect you for.
