[Everything doTERRA] Re: recipes for cooking class

I have been using essential oils a lot in my cooking lately. Here is a
simple pasta sauce and it is AMAZING!

1 cup crushed tomatoes
1/4 cup sundried tomato pesto
2 drops doTerra Basil essential oil
1/4 cup organic cream (optional)
In a small saucepan, combine the crushed tomatoes and tomato pesto.
Heat to a simmer. Turn off heat and add Basil essential oil. To make a
tomato cream sauce, add a few spoons of the sauce to 1/4 cup organic
cream, then add the cream to the sauce and heat gently.

Also, for your Thanksgiving pumpkin pie, add a few drops of Lemon to
the pie filling. And of course, use Cinnamon and Ginger instead of
dried spices. Yummmm!
