meniscus and arthritis in my knees hoping to avoid surgery. Pain and
mobility are much better. HOWEVER, this also includes water aerobics
2-3x a week. I know the chlorine or whatever in the water is not good,
but this form of physical exercise seems to be working better than
anything else. Am I doing more damage than good or is there some way
to dotox from the water? Does anyone out there swim? Please give me
some advice. Christine Meyer
