had a terrible experience. I guess she placed frankincense on this
lady's hand and almost immediately the lady felt her chest tighten.
The IPC watched as her face went pale and grey. It really scared both
of them. I am sure there is a reason for this to happen, I just need
some guidance to explain this to the IPC so she can help the lady
understand the reaction she had.
