Re: [Everything doTERRA] STRESS RELATED ACUTE INFLAMMATION OF THE NECK

Besides what Pat said, which is spot-on, I would suggest a massage to help relax the muscles, and the oils would help relieve pain and inflammation.

I would find a good friend who would do the Aroma Touch Technique on me, then I would
use Deep Blue and Balance on the back of my neck. I would put it on often and be consistent
and aggressive.
Thats what I would do if it were me.

I seem to be drawing a lot of friends to me that are ailing!  This
friend has been treated by her chiropractor as she has had really bad
headaches which have been brought on by stress. She has been told that
there is a lot of inflammation in the neck.  My friend is considering
having a cortisone injection which has side effects. If you had this
problem what would oils would you try on yourself?
Thanks.
