I have had a great deal of success with myself, and my friends with just Past Tense. It sure helps me with stress, and headaches. That is what I personally would use. I use Serenity or Balance when I'm feeling stressed out and that helps me a ton too.

I would find a good friend who would do the Aroma Touch Technique on me, then I would
use Deep Blue and Balance on the back of my neck. I would put it on often and be consistent
and aggressive.
