The only thing I would like to change about me is having whiter teeth. I have put off having a treatment done because a) it is toxi and b) they want an arm and a leg to pay for it and the same the next visit because it doesn't last long!
So, now I'm hearing that our wonderful oils can be my answer and I have Birch which I purchased at convention – now I'm thinking maybe I should have bought the two bottles!.
So, what is it about the Birch that whitens teeth?

Really? I use a drop of Birch to brush with everyday, but then I love cayenne pepper ;)
