I second Chinese Medicine!  I am new with oils, but I know herbs.  For the acne, she will want to give her liver some extra help getting those hormones processed through.  Things like Dandelion or Milk Thistle are great for that.

I really am having hormone problems. I don't know if you care to know,
but I was having periods every other week... literally. So the doctor
put me on birthcontrol, the lowest dose. Tried that for a month, and
bled slow but constant for a month, so they put me on the highest
dose, and I bled heavy, cramped and felt horrible for a month.... so I
stopped them, and I quit bleeding, until I just started again after
being off for 2 weeks. They said the next step is surgical, but I HATE
the thought of that. And my face has exploded with acne, I'm sure
because of the hormone changes.
