First of all, I would have her check her diet if she is proned to headaches & joint aches. Most of these problems can be elimated by diet. Wheat, wheat gluten, sugar, chocolate, milk & etc can bring headaches on. I know, because I've been there done that. For headaches any and all of these work for me: peppermint, rosemary & PastTense (great for migraines). Good luck, Carol
