Re: [Everything doTERRA] Essential Oils Program for Wrestlers

Tammy, I am currently working on something for wrestlers myself.  The five issues I see are muscle aches and pains, making weight, MRSA, ringworm and herpes.  I see kids from area all the time during season for those things.  So, I'm working on fliers per issue with the info on the oils that would be the help.
Muscle aches - deep blue, birch, xeomega and vm.  They must have minerals since they sweat so much and don't eat well and they absolutely must have essential fatty acids to keep their muscles strong and FLEXIBLE!
Making weight - slim and sassy, grapefruit. (I may have to re label it to lean and mean:) to attract teen aged boys :)
Ringworm - melaleuca, oregano, clear skin
Herpes - Peppermint, melaleuca, helichrysum
MRSA - On Guard, melaleuca, oregano, frankincense
Energize - Citrus Bliss
Calm - Serenity

I am including recipes, etc  I realize many overlap, just trying to work a plan with enough info to atract attention and then give them options.

Let us know how it goes!

My family is very big into wrestling and I am trying to put together
an esential oils presentation for the wrestlers and their parents.
Mostly focusing on boosting their immune system starting pre-season
and things they can do to prevent illness and skin conditions.  I also
want to equiping them with some knowledge of what things they can do
if a skin condition does arises.
Is anyone doing something like this already or have in the past that
would be willing to share their ideas or materials?

Looking forward to all the great ideas everyone is going to share.

Blessings,

Tammy
