Sugar feeds on infections, so when trying to get well it helps to eliminate the sugar.  Muscle test him with the oils you do have and his body will let you know what will work for him right now.

Oh, sorry.  It would have helped if I'd said.  He's 13-1/2 and about 100 lbs.  Unfortunately I don't have Oregano or Lemon.  They are, ironically, both on my next autoship.  In addition to the Wild Orange, I do have Lime, however, and love it!!  He's not getting any sugar, but why, out of curiosity?

How old is He? It will depend on his size and age to know how much oil to use. If he is under 8 I would use 1-2 drops OnGuard and Wild Orange. You can also rub it on his feet. Use Oregano and Lemon on his feet. If he is congested use Breathe on his back and chest. You might want a little carrier oil for spreading, and in case the OG is warm for him.
No sugar!!

Okay, so now it's my kid and it's just a cold, but since we're new at this, we haven't done this before with oils.  OnGuard and Wild Orange in a capsule, Breathe or Peppermint on his chest?  How many drops in the capsule?  4 of each?
