hurt the top of my foot falling down some stairs last winter. I put
lemongrass (tendons), Deep Blue (pain) , Marjoram (muscles), and White Fir
on it for several days. It healed nicely - but one night I re-injured
it...so I put deep-blue on. I had a terrible pain in my foot - almost like
someone was squeezing or sewing something together! I could not figure out
what in the world it was...I kept thinking, "I thought this was going to
take the pain away....."! After about 20 minutes, the pain DID go away -
and so did any further pain! I woke up the next morning without so much as
a twinge of pain.
I have heard that Heli. Can, "...re-knit tissue together..." - I am guessing
that is exactly what was happening. If it were me, I would continue to do
what she is doing, but maybe add Wintergreen, Birch, or Peppermint to the
mix to help with the pain. Tell her to hang in there - if there is 'damage'
- it takes more than a few days to fix it....

I gave my son's teacher a roll on of Helichrism, Lemongrass, and Deep
Blue. She's been using it several times a day and at night with the
moist heat, but it hasn't taken care of the pain enough so she's been
taking Ibuprofen. She said the pain is DEEP inside her knee and was
wondering if there is anything she can take internally to take the
place of the Ibuprofen (her stomach's not tolerating it so well!)
Also, she mentioned that after using the roll on of oils her knee
burns inside sometimes. Is that the "healing" going on???
She is definitely open to trying things and seeking answers. Her
doctor said she could take medicine to help her stomach with the
Ibuprofen, but she doesn't want to....thank goodness!!! Any bit of
info would be awesome! Thanks a ton in advance!
