Re: [Everything doTERRA] anxiety protocol?

I just wanted to emphasize/support the suggestions already made;
I feel I get more and more anxiety as I get older!
Not too long ago I began to rub balance on my feet every morning and
whenever I feel I am tensing up I will apply on the back of my neck or
chest and I have noticed a huge difference! I have also made a point
to use my diffuser more. I love putting a few drops wild orange and a
few drops bergamot. I think the balance grounds me and the citrus
keeps me in a pleasant mood..what a difference it has made!
There have also been times where I've been very upset and serenity
calms me down so quickly and I feel pretty content.
