I asked Rob Young this very question at convention and he recommended breaking it up into 2 doses. He said that some of the vitamins and minerals in the supplements are flushed through our bodies or used up at a quicker rate. For maximum benefit and to keep more of a "constant" level, divide them up. Hope this makes sense. He explained it much better, but that is the gist of it! \
