[Everything doTERRA] kidneys and thyroid

I have a couple of friends who are interested in doing a cleanse-
either GX assist or the new zendocrine.... one friend has only 80%
function in her kidneys and wants to know if a cleanse will be too
harsh on them and the other is on a high amount of thyroid medication
and doesn't want to effect that either... is there anyone who
should'nt do a cleanse and would these 2 women be ok on either one of
these cleanses? (even while on a dr's medication?) THANKS!!
