[Everything doTERRA] ? about using Life Long Wellness

I've tried to search and see how to use LLW. It states take 3 pills
per day and 4 pills per day. Do you split this up or take at one time?
If so, how do you split it up? 2x day or 3x day? I want to start ASAP.
