I add one whole bottle of grapfruit to one bottle of FCO (I sometimes put a little citrus bliss in it too just because I like the smell) and use this everyday as a "lotion" all over my body. Since I have been doing this, I can DEFINATLY tell a difference in the smoothness on my legs and butt. I love the way it smells and since skin is our largest organ, I know I'm getting the proporties of citrus in me besides the 10-15 drops of grapefruit in a capsule everday that Dr Hill recomends.
