was being measured for a dress so My seamstress was shocked when I went in for my second fitting after a month and I had lost an inch all the way around:} I have been using grapefruit on my body parts-thighs, hips, upper legs-just dropping it on those areas straight 2 times a day and I have lossed an inch all the way around in a month time...so cool! wish they sold it in gallons:} I would bathe in it....

Thank you Pat, I already started putting coconut oil on my legs and then using about 4 drops of grapefruit but have only been doing that for about 5 days - has anyone else used grapefruit like that - it is supposed to bread up the fat/cellulite - has anyone used it for that?

Grapefruit speeds the metabolism, helps with any addictions (soda pop), and truly curbs the apetite along with the ginger.

I already take the LLW pack (not very consistantly but I will from now on), I also take lemon daily in water and am going to start the sassy water - what else should I be doing - he was very had to understand while he was telling me about the spleen and liver and kidney.
